Neopaganism weirdness. What isn't in contention is the fact that nearly all 'Wiccas' are skewed on the facts about Paganism and have very skewed ideas about the originals faiths. Hence the idiot label. Their ideas of Mythology in my experience (which is major) is totally off base.

Agreed, the typical Wiccan found on the telly and/or mainstream media are in fact, quite off as to what makes someone magical.
The main tenent that most of them forget is that it is the most personally crafted religion in all the ages. No one tells a witch how to worship, and the ones that go buy books and read the spells dutifully are the ones that don't really expect something magical to happen, and therefore nothing magical does.

It all boils down to quantum mechanics, and the effects of subconsious energies. The nomenclature is outdated, but anyone who's tripped fucking balls knows that there is an energy flow between human beings. Watch several friends talking casually while you're fucking ripped on acid and/or mushrooms and/or extacy. You'll see the flow, if you're in tune.
All you gotta be is in tune when you're off the drugs, too.
