After being HoH and the center of attentioin the first week, his nemesis Frank became HoH, guaranteeing he would be nominated. Also his team lost the Have/Have-Not competition, meaning he can eat nothing but slop all week and has to sleep in the shitty bedroom.
Because he and his family are insane psychotic hicks who CBS continually puts in their reality shows, he reacted by threatening to go off on someone and get himself kicked out. He threw a bag of pork rinds in Janelle's face, and head-butted Chef Joe (which I laughed at because Joe is a shit-stirring creep who deserved it but still). After that, Willie was kicked out by production.
Now they are three HGs short only 2 weeks into the season. I don't see how they can complete the season without bringing back Kara (or Jodi, but no one knows if they were sequestered), AND letting at least a couple of coaches enter the game. US BB never brings in fresh housemates midway in the season like UK does.

It didn't help that his coach Britney truly sucks at coaching, and her advice helped get him in trouble half the time.
Also, Joe heard Willie quoting something that Wil said, and Willie made his voice sound like Wil's (Wil is a flaming flamer from Flamavaria). Joe went around the house claiming that Willie made a homophobic slur in doing this (he didn't), and the house turned against him before his HoH week was even over.
Brit & Joe were factors in his meltdown, but he really is nuts, as are his kin. Hopefully CBS will finally stop casting them in Survivor & BB and every other show they have...
