Rall is suing Hellman for 1.5 million for libel per se and a bunch of other crap around lawyers fees.

The judge has thrown out everything EXCEPT the libel per se charge.

My 200,000 settlement post stands, I know he has settled once the judge said he'd keep the per se charge, which is the heart of Rall's suit to begin with.

Danny should have settled for the thousand dollar payment and the public apology many moons ago :)

What a shame you didn't send some of those miraculous illegal dog vitamins to the plaintiff's attorney when they could've done some good.
