Let's fuck some shit up
What is your favorite electrical gadget. What electrical gadget did you buy that serves some purpose to you that you don't think you could live without. No, computers and game consoles are not allowed. However, periferal console or computer equipment is allowed.

For me, it's my Apple Airport Express. I love the little thing. You plug it in and program it to sync with your iTunes and you can connect to a stereo in your house wirelessly.

You can also use it as a transportable wireless base station. So, when you go to a hotel, you plug it in to the internet port in the room. Boom, you've got a wireless network in your room.

You can use it as a wireless network bridge. You can easily extend the range of your wireless base station to reach every part of your house. It truly is a magnificent piece of technology.

Force feedback joystick for racing games. The fun factor of taking a 120+ mph powerslide through a hairpin turn goes up by leaps and bounds when you can do it by feel as well as sound and sight.

OR! My sweet little 5Gb mp3 player. I can hike my ass 2 miles downtown and back and barely notice as long as I've got some music to occupy the brain during the trip.

OR! External 100Gb hard drive -- gives one a bit more breathing room, even on a 500Gb system, to know there's just that little extra space for archiving... uh... spreadsheets. Yeah, that's it.

No question...my iTunes, iPod and my external hard drive. I've gotten used to music and videos on demand. And lots of it.

Oh, and my Mac. No one messes with my Mac. ;)

Ooh, almost forgot -- wireless laser mouse with tilt-wheel and flank buttons (one for the "back" browser function and the other for the "alt+tab" function) -- AND teflon "foot-covers" for nice smooth mousing.
