Odd socks are good when waxing wood floors or cars, to line the bottom of a box where a mother cat will birth her kittens, to use in nasty and dirty jobs and then discarded, unwashed, unredeemed, after serving its purpose to be used in the worst of bad ways. There are so many holes in that Odd Sock there is nothing to use for even the worst of purposes.

Then, get out of my thread. You are more boring than even I can stand and I am the empress of patience with the boring. I read tomes of legal writing and dusty scrolls of glyphs - for fun. I can watch paint dry and find it fascinating. Do you understand how boring you must be if you have bored me?
