I saw the pilot episode. And I know enough context to sort of know what's going on(she's a slut). Apparently in the latest episodes she's about to marry Josh, but also has feelings for Nathaniel, her new boss(?).

It's not really like Bitch 23. It's a musical comedy/drama.
