It should be in San Francisco.
Entertaining hills and streets to do maniacal car-chases on.
Excellent Restaurants.
Hennoch and Eggs could easily find dates.
Accepting and widely diverse population (with few guns due to SF's city politics).
A wide variety of activities and sight seeing.
I can rent the "Castlebar" (dungeon and play-space) for our party.
It would be something to write about until next years Folsom St. Faire.
Easy access to the bay and ocean for emergency body disposal (if needed).
Access to Silicon Valley in order to infiltrate Tech companies (like Cisco) and install back-doors into the big routers that "backbone" the Internet. (side-trip for Miss Manners)
Close to Nappa, those who aren't being geeks down in San Jose can go get drunk on snobby wine and soak in the mineral springs up in Calistoga.
And Finally:
Robert "Monkey" Loggna lives close to there!
(and so do I).
