2019 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament:

Michigan opens CWS with 7-4 win over Vanderbilt
Jimmy Kerr homered for the third time in the College World Series, this time after Vanderbilt pulled within one in the sixth inning.

Vanderbilt (58-12) freshmen Kumar Rocker fans 11 to force College World Series Game 3
Rocker's first 11 pitches were strikes. Michigan (50-21) failed to score in the opening inning for the first time in its five CWS games.

Vanderbilt beats Michigan to win College World Series 8-2
Vanderbilt (59-12) won its second title in its four CWS appearances, all since 2011. The other came in 2014.

Vanderbilt is joining the college baseball elite
Vanderbilt didn't have any NCAA Tournament appearances between 1980-2004. Now it has made it every season since 2006, with a national championship in 2014 and national-runner up in 2015 to go along with this year's title.

2020 College World Series Schedule​

The Regional Tournament will be held May 29-June 1 at 16 regional sites yet to be determined.

The Super Regionals action will take place June 5-8 at eight different sites.

The 2020 College World Series will take place June 13-23/24 at TD Ameritrade Park in Omaha, Nebraska.
