Campaign time 15/11/09-29/11/09.

Election 30/11/09-31/11/09.

Nominations may only be made by registered political parties, one per party, decided upon by the internal processes of the party. At this time, ZOD and the DLP are the only registered parties, but new groups may be founded at any time.

The nominating process is now open, and will conclude in two weeks.

If you're going to require political parties to start a thread to register, you need to clarify that somewhere. The initial announcement doesn't say anything about that, and, in the absence of any other links, I can't really see where I'm supposed to get that from.
