It's principle. This (if its true) totally undermines TK and what it stands for. Nobody gets banned, that has to be a constant, not only when it's convenient.
 
You can't have someone like Jillian running around, it isn't good. Sure you may like to point and laugh but in the end it just isn't good.

Maybe she wasn't banned and she is just M.I.A.
 
I don't think she was banned. My hatred of that bitch is well documented. It doesn't change the fact that banning her is unacceptable. But since I don't think she did get banned it's not a problem.

Thats all fine in principle dear, but the cold hard RL fact is, if our host decides something is illegal or unacceptable, he will server ban. If we are asked to do something by someone who would be considered a RL authority/law enforcement figure, then guess what, we will probably do it.

The constant of no one getting banned here is for trolling, flaming, spamming, acting like an idiot or any of the 101 other reasons people get banned from other boards. Free speech here has never included illegal activities.

Just so all of you realize that it's not "OK" to do anything and everything here.

I OBVIOUSLY meant that. If someone is posting child porn for instance not only should they be banned they should be reported striaght to the F.B.I there are clearly limits to the 'no ban rule'

To my knowledge Jillian has done nothing of the sort. But since I don't think Jillian has been banned anyway, (I will await final confirmation) there is no problem to be had, is there, dear?
 
You know.... as soon as I typed that post, I figured at least 3 people would be in to pick it apart. If you send me an official email in an official capacity requesting that we dissallow VDK rights to post on this board... (include his email, ISP, real name and anything else, and include your real name and phone number at the law enforcement establishment)....until your official investigation into his illegal activities is finished. Then yes I will ban VKD. But no VKD will not be banned for acting like an idiot.

so now it's come to threatning to post my RL details on here to shut me up has it?

well it won't work. the DLA is still in the process of formulating our masterplan, to take over the board, if you publish my RL details then I will have trolled YOU!!:rwmad:

and I genuinely don't understand why people consider what I do here to be 'acting like an idiot'.... :huh:

Well you see dear, I felt I really needed to explain to some of our newest arrivials, who dont seem to be the sharpest knives in the toy box anyway, that illegal activities are a no-no. They might see the "TK doesn't ban" all over the place and feel it's OK to do anything. And we don't want that now do we?
