difficult. Your climate there is too hot for most bulbs plus it's already too late in the year to plant them. You'd have to do that in autumn.
Try a Lilly - they grow from bulbs and are heat tolerant. Plus they are as white as can be ;)
However, lillies being symbols of virginity and death, they might not suit your purpose after all..
