I was having PC troubles, too. I caught the Google Redirect virus Sunday night researching why Jacob's Ladder flowers are growing in my Animal Crossing town. It took three hours, but I got rid of it. I wanted to be sure, so I called a guy I know with a bachelors in computer science. He said the virus is too aggressive to get rid of without wiping the harddrive. I already have everything back up, so I just unplugged it, and brought it to the guy Monday. He looked it over, and was impressed to find that I got rid of it without wiping the harddrive. I got it back Friday evening.
