I watched Genesys last night and actually really enjoyed it. There are some stupid parts, like you get in most action movies nowadays, but I was pleasantly surprised. Emelia Clarke was particularly good. She'd obviously studied Linda Hamilton's performance because she was pretty much doing an impression of her at times. Disappointing lack of Matt Smith (who's now called Matthew Smith, FYI). He was only in three scenes for a few seconds each.
