Anton

I agree. Although I don't think Jay's that bad (mostly just too stupid to think before he speaks), he's not very entertaining compared to Anton. It's annoying that Anton's gone without ever being properly confronted about his horrendous attitude toward gash.

Well after watching Anton's interview with Brian and on BOTS I'm glad he's gone. Unpleasant little man. What the fuck was Brian's "he respects women, give him a round of applause!" line all about, when he blatantly doesn't? He wasn't challenged on anything except by Glyn who was shutdown by Emma whnever he tried to make a point. Maisy got treated like a villain for being a confident, well spoken, attractice young woman and Anton gets applauded for being "entertaining" and a "good gameplayer" (why was he up for eviction and voted out then?) I can't believe stuff like this still annoys me after years of BB watching!

Watching his interviews, it seems like ultimately he cares more about what his douchebag mates (I assume they're like him) think of him than what the rest of the world thinks of him. He can't see beyond his neighborhood.

So, Anton. What a prick. He really really wanted to be Victor from BB5, but had none of Vic's charm or self awareness. Even on BOTS, after Aaron won, he was still asking why Aaron was liked and he hated when they were both "gameplayers." Well, Anton, it's because Aaron was actually likable (some of the time anyway), witty, intelligent and didn't treat women like objects. Even if you accept that the whole "villain" persona was just an act, I'm not convinced that there's a nice person underneath. His attitude towards women is seriously messed up and makes him my most disliked housemate all series.

Aaron and Anton played the exact same game. But Aaron won and Anton didn't because Anton was dumb enough to let the audience and production in on the joke from Day One, which ruined the mystery of "is he really that way, or is he a genius, or is he a cold, evil douchebag, or all three?"

Anton let us know he was a douchebag. What a douchebag.

Heh.

He suddenly seemed very reasonable and nice when he came out, which is interesting, because that seems to be the same Anton that the housemates saw. I think the evil Anton who went totally nuts at the end is the real one. I guess he gave us something to talk about, but compared to the likes of Heaven or Rebekhahkahakkaha he wasn't much of a villain. He tried too hard.
