Arrow season 4

I don't see what they would have cut from the fight itself unless there was a headbutt like Obi-Wan vs Jango Fett. Maybe it's just because I've been watching Daredevil and it would be hard for Arrow's fight scenes to compare to that.
 
The hand getting cut off, we know from Gotham and SHIELD, american TV isnt shy about showing that sort of thing.
