RobL and DarthSikle, apparently you both neglected to read the rules when you registered:

There are no written rules. Each and every situation will be taken and judged on a "case-by-case" basis. Yes, my personal bias will probably enter into it, but I'll try not to make it too obvious.

So actions, like banning and such, are implemented according to the board owner's whim. In other words, if the board owner doesn't like you, you're screwed. Fairness be damned.
