Another reason I can think of is that you see the position of mod as some honor that one has to earn by profusely participating in the forum. In that case, all I can say is - they don't even hand over a badge and don't believe for a second that you will get something out of the pension fund!! (I secretly suspect that mm already ransacked that one to pay for all the cookies, btw).

Its not that you did bad, its thats DP can do better. There should be more than one, but if the BL has to have only one, MM shouldve demoted you instead on Pickle.

Not so much. It has to be not only someone who has to BL best interests in mind, but someone who is on often. I dont personally care about spamming/flooding, but some Badlanders do. We need a mod on often enough to delete the spam/flood to detour more people from doing it, or have more than one mod.

Believe me, I wish I could be around more, too. Although I can find the time to check the board daily and read most of the threads (yeah SK, the claim still stands ), posting as much as I used to is just not possible atm, so I understand (and feel quite warm, fuzzy and loved because of) your request to see more of me.

PM MM. Get Pickle reinstated. It doesnt mean you have to go. My first choice is still that the BL needs more than one mod, not a mod switch.

Once again: I don't have a problem to hand modship over to DP. As much as I like to hold that position, I sure can do without it, too, and I promise I won't sulk much if I am stripped of it.

We were stating who she shouldve stripped. Its too late now anyway. MM stripped DP.

But what I do want is to know what exactly it is that you (the collective you, not just Loktar) think will change once DP is the mod.

For the posters that dont like the flooding especially, it will get cleaned up quicker and more often.
