As of RFN, there are two: Off-Topic.com and VampYrezKave, or more specifically, the asshole admins of the boards. VampYre basically bans people willie-nillie, and most of the time, it's for no logical reason (i.e.: banning a member simply for trying to explain the difference between a dynamic and static IP, and calling it trolling), and Fazle of Off-Topic.com doesn't seem to trust new members cuz unlike most boards, awaiting approval can take forever. n00bs are only allowed to post in the Initiation forum, in which each post needs approval, and we can't even view new posts of our user CP. Of course, you can get instant access by mailing a check, but who wants to wait for that.
