Broadband increases speed doublefold...WTF!??

So my letter from the local cable company stated that by the end of Nov. that broadband speed was to be almost doubled in speed. Really??

SO WHY THE FUCK HAS IT SLOWED ALMOST DOUBLY 4 ME!??

i have experienced the slowest capacity EVER with my broadband in this past recent month!! It's now Dec. BTW!!!:pissed:

My broadband provider told me I could have 8mbps withut informing me that the local exchange struggled to deliver 3 Mbps and wouldn't increase its speed till the second coming.

As a result my connection is less stable and more expensive. I hate ADSL. I want Static IP - there is no such thing in the UK. Bitches

I can get 10 meg cable but its not worth $79.99 to me. 3 meg cable does fine for trolling.
