i owned 'the media center' a one point, before that, vappooper never posted there.

I think Blackfoot used to be someone else who was probably banned many years ago. But Blackfoot keeps within the rules, and a It drives Jack and a few others crazy that he's allowed here, and was able to get the Agony of Defeat forum.

The entire premise of this thread is backwards.

A BBS's primary function is to serve as a meeting place for people of similar interests and to facilitate discussion. How many people are reading threads? How many are contributing? How many actual discussions are taking place? These metrics are of far more value in assessing the 'success' of a forum than simply the volume of posts. At the very least, the volume ought to be paired with the aforementioned metrics in any substantial evaluation / ranking.

It is hardly a secret that the majority of posts within The Agony of Defeat is you, talking to you. There is no additional content generated by anyone else, save for calling out your spamming.

I would argue (quite comfortably) that a more comprehensive & meaningful evaluation of TK's forums would see The Agony of Defeat ranked dead last. Every time.
