Well, I was right, he was popular, did make it to the final...but he could have won if he'd been a bit smarter.

Saying he "went from hero to zero" would be over-simplifying. Certainly he did great in the early weeks, his rant about Luke (to Luke's face!) is still one of my favourite moments of the series, and his rightsous indignation after Spitgate made him a bit of a hero for sure.

But the guy is nuts.

He's a good guy, but being in the house got to him. He has huge issues, as he himself know...but listening to his self pity again and again, night after night, got very old. Then there was the times where he'd turn on his friends and shout at them for no reason. And, worst of all, calling Sara a "slut" and "ugly bitch". There was no coming back from that, he couldn't win after that incident. He did redeem himself in the last week and he was one of my favourites of the series...but he fucked up, dude! It sucks!
 
Yeah, he was one of my favourites too, but I agree the bullying of Sara did him in. It's a shame because he did so well earlier on when he would be pointing out the discrepancies in the way people acted (especially in that fantastic moment with Luke you mentioned). He could've done a lot better if he hadn't gone completely nuts.
 
He was probably the defining housemate of the whole year and it's good that he stayed in all the way. I hope he does a music video with Rachel, Maysoon, Sara and Steph dancing about (and probably Kat knowing him.)
