DC's Legends Of Tomorrow

I cringed every time Arthur Darvill said something about being a "Time Master." I know it's a thing from the comics but it felt like a cheap Doctor Who rip off.

I'm not very keen on him to begin with, but aside from the time master stuff I didn't actually think the first episode was that bad. It was probably on a par with Smallville, and being a DC show I expected it to be. Can't say I'd want to watch any more, though.

Yeah, The Flash is really good. It's got the right amount of humor to balance out the superhero stuff. OR SOMETHING.

I've watched about five episodes of The Flash and I am enjoying it. It's kinda camp, but good if you've had a long day and want to switch your brain off.

If it was just Captain Cold and heatwave in that ship travelling through time stealing shit, it would be a much better show.

Rory Pond sucks too. He just shouts at them for being morons all the time. Why didn't he choose people who AREN'T morons to be on his team?

Plus they are on a time ship, instead of going straight to 1986 (will they cause a comedy Chernobyl next week?) why didn't they spend a few weeks team building in hawiee, then head out to do what needed to be done as a bunch of people who get on?

And why don't the just go and pick up Carter's next reincarnation? (Of course he was a terrible actor too so I hope they don't.)

So I guess they cut heat wave burning up the original gang leader, because that scene was confusing as hell.

Yeah, unless that guy had teleportation powers somehow.

The thing where Diggle's son chose a random name for himself might as well have had "IT'S FROM THE COMICS" flashing up on screen in big letters.

I still have to watch last night's episode, then I can comment. But I wills say that "Left Behind" squandered a lot of potential. It could have been a great episode of they spent the entire episode in the past. Got married. Hawkgirl is preggo. Palmer saves Kennedy. Whatever, the show seems overstuffed, none of the characters get enough development. And when the fuck is Amy going to show up to put Rory in his place???
