Was Helen of Troy really the reason for the Trojan War? No, she was a mere pretext, although recovering her certainly was on the agenda. The same for Israel. As Hezbollah has expressed in several interviews, they were shocked that Israel wasn't going to go for the usual prisoner exchange program they had gone along with in the past. Israel apparently got pissed off enough to go all-out.
Actually, Israel has violated several international treaties in acting the way it has. It goes far beyon Israel simply being pissed off, as though if we can reduce nations to being simple people. Was Helen of Troy really the reason for the Trojan War? Yes, they are.But Hezbollah, while surprised, is not a victim here.
LOL. Have they? How is it that Israel has been planning for such an incursion for years now?As Israeli troops move through southern Lebanon, they have uncovered cache after cache, bunker after bunker, filled with documents showing that (in their words) Hezbollah has been preparing for war for over two years now.
Yeah. Israel did another false-flag bullshit operation, in which the ever-so innocent Jews were attacked without remorse by the 'Billion Arabs who want to drive them into the sea.'So both sides were eager for war, it just seems Israel started things much sooner than Hezbollah planned.
Yep.Israel has done this before, of course. The Arabs were greatly surprised in the Six-Day War, despite the steady build-up of Arab armies surrounding Israel over weeks, it was the Arabs who were taken by surprise.
I guess if you fail to learn from history, you will repeat it. As Hezbollah has to their chagrin. And for some reason, using children and ambulances and UN stations as human shields hasn't worked for them. Who did they think they were fighting? Americans?
