Introduction

The Eternal Fleet Captains' Lounge (EFCL) was created as, and still is, a unique, democratic bulletin board. The Constitution serves as the set of rules and policies governing the conduct and behaviour of both the general membership and the staff. It is not a legal document, and certainly not enforceable by law. At the same time, however, the document serves as binding Terms of Service that you agree to abide by whilst a member of the EFCL. It is, therefore, suggested that all members take the time to familiarise themselves with it. . Failure to abide by these terms may result in appropriate actions being taken by the Administration in accordance with the "Penalties" section of this document.
