No, it doesn't. But, stranger things have been known to happen. Perhaps they will demand a recount, or just decide to work on the rules they have and jam. . .uh, present them again to the membership for their consideration.

They better not do a recount. But, I have a feeling the staff will find a way to press this one through like a steamroller. One form or another.
