The difference is perspective. One does horrible things while swearing the whole time that they are civilized, holier than thou persons acting on behalf of the greater good of a cloistered society. The other does horrible things, occasionally using bad language, because they are civilized, holier than thou persons acting for their own amusement on behalf of a clistered society. Same coin, different sides.
