It was 40 gigs. But I have Filevault on (a security program that eats up a lot of space).

Oh...and over 6000 songs, and a goodly amount of audiobooks.

Do you have GMail? Aside from a nice email client, you can also use your account as storage, you know. There's also FileFront, which offers unlimited online storage and is free.
