Simon, River and Kaylee are still stranded on planet Zebes and Serenity is racing to get there before the Assassin droid finds River and kills her. But Serenity is shockingly attack by Book's pirate ship. Book warned Mal that the next time they met they would be enemies again and he lives up to his word as the treacharous Jayne boards Serenity armed with Bertha and fires at Zoe. Wash dives in front of his wife but will he survive? Will anyone? Jayne and his cronies flee the ship when Mal and Hector use the prototype Z-988 weapons on them, but Mal wants to end Book's life and doesn't care what it takes. He aims Serenity on a collision course with Book's pirate ship as Inara pleads with him to remember River and the others still stranded. What will Mal do!?

WOW, can't believe they've gone this far with Book and Jayne and I wonder if the rumours are true that Wash and Zoe BOTH die!? Sounds even better than last year's finale.

Say what you will about the show, but Inara was a hot piece of ass.
