I grew up in Texas. There wasn't much in the way of fireworks that WERE illegal. I could get just about anything at the fireworks stand. I liked cheery bombs, M-80s, large bottle rockets, Roman Candles, etc.

Out on the West Cost, we can't have shit. Especially in California!!!! In my county, sparklers and smoke bombs are even illegal. Our hills are all dry grass so they could erupt quickly in flames and it would be extremely hard to put out. We have to get all explosive fireworks from Nevada or Washington Indian Reservations.

Ok, sorry. I thought they were pretty much illegal, but the Indian reservations were allowed to have them.

I went down to the Empire State Plaza. Forgot where I parked my car(I was sober) so I had to wait almost 3.5 hours for my drunk brother to sober up and come find me and help find my car. Even had the police looking to find me, but my cellphone is on the fritz so they could hear what I was saying. Somewhat Good times.
