They never explained the same to me either. I simply called them on it, then 'BOOM!', I could suddenly access the other fora. You need only make the Admins look dumber than they are, a difficult task indeed. You have your work cut out for you. Remember, you are currently at a site which claims they do not ban you when in fact they do indeed. Not only that, but they ban you and then claim you are not banned.
