One of the most memorable housemates of the year and great casting by BB. Freddie did have poor inter-personal skills and an odd way of talking, but he was obviously a nice guy and you'd think the others could cut him some slack and look past his eccentricities. But no, they all took the piss out of him and openly bullied him for the first four or five weeks. This obviously got him a lot of sympathy with the viewers, and since he WAS a genuinely nice guy and quite funny I was certain for a while that he would end up winning (especially since there was no way he could be evicted, or so I thought.)

Things changed a bit after Bea came in. His behaviour around her was a bit cringeworthy ("if this was the outside world I would have put her over my shoulder and taken her to bed by now!") and he even seemed like nothing more than her giggling sidekick for a while, while Bea was bitching endlessly about Noirin and David to him. He did get a bit arrogant too, and the "NA NA NA NA, LISA'S GETTING EVICTED!" bit was a HUGE misstep. I mean, I laughed when he said "OH YOU'RE MAKING ME CUM LISA!" but it didn't go down well with many viewers. Then Bea turned against him completely for no apparent reason and it

It was still a shock when he went. I wanted Marcus to stay because he's a bit better, but really it was one of those shitty evictions where two great housemates were up against each other while all the cunts were safe (there were several of them this series.) Freddie was one of the best this series and would have been a worthy winner if he had made it to the end.
