Game of Thrones season 7

Well, the season finale was an awesome accumulation of everything we've seen. Plus, one surprising death, which I really didn't see coming, but makes more sense than the direction I assumed things(and people?) were going to go.

They still Managed to throw a few curveballs into a finale that brought it all together. But for every answer an assload of new questions emerge.

It was a little difficult to get used to the rushed pace of this season. Even though we had all clue for the most part where the story was going, the hurried pace seemed to take something away from the show. At this point I suppose more episodes would've only meant more character development, and everyone's pretty well established by now. And Whoever had unclear intentions this season showed them by the finale.

It's bitter sweet that there's only one season left, but I think it's ending at the right time. It's done a good job of bringing it all together, without overstaying it's welcome. It never got dull, and it's been an epic 8 year story more, or less. Plus, I look forward to seeing what the spin-offs will be about.

So Cersei's plan all along was to pretend to help but secretly not send help. So why did she do the bit where she withdrew the (pretend) help? To fool the audience? Good to see Dinklage and Headey back together though.

And while it's good that Sansa wasn't fooled by Littlefinger and he's finally dead, that scene with her and Arya last week still must have been real, right? It's not like Littlefinger was watching them.

Did Tormund die?

Will Jon be willing to give up the sweet aunt sex?

Maybe Sansa was playing Littlefinger, or she realized siding with Arya was the smarter choice. To me it said despite learning how to be treacherous she was still a Stark. Starks put justice, and integrity above all. (Even their lives) I don't see much changing once Jon finds out he's a Targaryen. Incest is kind of their thing. What makes him a hero is that he never wanted to be a King, and even if it doesn't pan out with Danyeris, he's just fine with staying in the North. That, or they marry anyway, unite the 7 kingdoms, then produce a batshit crazy inbred Targaryen that starts the vicious cycle all over again in the future.

Was that fire, or what spewing out of the Ice Dragon? Some kind of undead fire Maybe? It seems dragonfire, living, or dead, trumps all magic in the world.

I think we're going to see a twist where Cersi dies giving birth, and Jaime dies in a moment of redemption, living Tyrion to raise the kid. Redeeming his actions which inadvertently killed his last neice, and nephew. (Something that didn't dawn on me until they pointed it out.) Perhaps Jaime convinces his remaining loyal forces to follow him into battle against the Others. So Sansa sends Arya to secretly finish Cersi only getting there in time to see her die in childbirth. That leads her to bring to the kid to Jaime (who's dead by then) thus giving the child to Tyrion. The Hound goes with her to take care of the mountain. Arya marries the Baratheon bastard, whos granted legitimacy, and restrengthens the bounds between houses. At this point Sansa's done with men. Maybe she enters a civil union with Yara. (Whos gonna get rescued dammit!) Only because everybody thought Arya would be the lesbian. Bronn breaks that Martell chick out of the dungeon, for a price. They live happily ever after.

The dotharaki go home, and become the cops of Essos. From invaders to peacekeepers. The unsullied marry the widows of war (winning them over with their warrior cunniligus skills) and make new unsullied warriors out of their stepkids. It might happen. Obviously they can't breed.

I think we'll see a undead Tormund, and Hodor among the dead army.

It was blue fire: the strongest fire (I assume.)

I don't think Arya's marrying anyone. Shagging Gendry's brains out I can see though.

What DID happen to Dorne, anyway? They were fine with the Lannisters and Euron wiping out the Sand Snakes? I assume the Sand Snakes were popular since they overthrew Doctor Bashir and everyone seemed fine with it. Shouldn't Dorne still be fighting with Dany? The whole kingdom doesn't go away just because the Sand Snakes died. Same with the Tyrells, really (I know they're trying to simplify things and don't have time for loose ends like this and Edmure.)

DING DONG LITTLEFINGER IS DEAD. I'm glad that was all brought to an end, he shouldn't have tried to come between mophie!

Jon will never give up the aunt sex! lol I bet she is pregnant now.

Perhaps the Dornish are simply watching and waiting....

Edmure's a toolbox, who cares what happened to him.

I guess they pretty much wiped out the Tyrells. (If their army was that weak this whole time makes you wonder why they didn't cook up some excuse to do it sooner.) Maybe the Tyrells suffered heavy casualties during the Stannis assault on Kings landing, and the war of 5 kings.

What if in the finale we see Littlefinger's rotten corpse in a ditch somewhere, and his face falls off of him, revealing some forgotten character. Then it pans to a random peasant hijacking somebody's horse and he pulls off his face to reveal, Littlefinger! He's probably dead though. Maybe the Wight walkers will bring em back. He won't be able to scheme, of course.

I remember Dany's vision at the house of the undying. She's in the throne room with a hole in the roof and snow coming in. She almost touches the throne when she sees her dead family. Will she die before she can come to power? Will the dead make it all the way to King's Landing? That wildfire would come in handy...
