YIKES!!! I am very sorry to hear that, Eloisel. They aren't all like that. My dad used to raise money for one in New Mexico, and while I'm sure they pushed religion on the kids there, they did at least take good care of them.
 
Where in NM Morrighan? There's a fuckload of religios nutjobs working that state.

The only problem I have with most religions is the fact that they're right and all other religions are going to hell.......I once had the pastor here tell me I was going to hell, I told him i'll see you there buddy.

LOL. I don't know what you consider a religious nutjob, but the entire south is full of fundamentalists. My dad is a Church of Christ minister, does that count? I wish I could remember the name of the orphanage... I think it was in some small town like Las Cruces or Portales.

It's good that you got out of that situation Eloisel.

I thought I had it bad when I went to catholic school. Do something bad and the nuns would slam your knuckles with a ruler. Of course they would deny everything about corporal punishment and everyone would believe them.
