Ah, he had a way about him didn't he? I never found his stuff to be particularly offensive at all, but the various shitstorms he could evoke over at TrekBBS especially were pure comedy gold. Classic, even. It's too bad many of those threads are lost to history now.

Barky was just a kinder, gentler version but equally hilarious.
 
I have a kind of Barky rip off account I used to post with on TrekBBS but they kept shitting on the joke so I haven't used it for years.
