I can't sleep

I don't want to sleep
I'm not into sleeping
Being awake is my new thing
who needs sleep

I sleep all the time

when is the last time I had a really satisfying nap?
Too long ago
I lay awake all the time
my brain won't shut off
I'm beyone help of drugs or whatever
I want to sleep
I must accomplish things first
then I can sleep
sleep sleep sleep go to sleep goodnight sleep tight don't let the bed bugs bite sweet dreams
 
I got up
did some chores
got hot
walked outside for a bit
UNTIL I HEARD SOMETHING WALKING IN THE SNOW on the hillside OMG
I thought it was probably a deer but I was so spooked
I went back inside
but the cold air felt good on my face
27 degrees
now I am in bed again
but sooooo awake
wtf
 
My neighbors moved.
I got used to thier sounds
the noises
the routine and rhtyms
I hate that they are gone now
I hope the new neighbors are nice
and not fighters like the first ones
they were awful
 
I've been falling asleep to ASMR lately but I don't want to listen to that tonight
I think I might actually look up "Someone snoring to fall asleep to" on youtube
wtf
 
This is the first one I saw actually and it sounds much better
I even like sleeping next to a snoring animal
Every time I had a roommate when I lived in the mountains I slept better than when I sleep alone

I slept pretty good last night.

The night before tho-I don't know what it was, it felt like my heart was beating out of my chest. I was thinking it might have been something I ate or just anxiety. Thanks.

How is your sleep jack?
 
I've been doing pretty good with it. Get a six hour block of sleep uninterrupted then drift back for a couple hours after.

this will be me tonight
I was all settled in
ready for a long
long nap
of 12 hours
and
it was interupted
by PAIN!
ANGUISH
Okay, I am being a little dramatic
I don't even want to take anything to help me sleep
I just want to lie there
and look
into
the
darkness
 
I've fixed my sleep cycle it seems. 1 block of 5 hours straight, wake up for 5 mins then dream sleep another 2 to 3.

Works for me.
 
Ugh, Daylight Saving.

I want that fucking hour back, dammit.
Not me. For some reason I’ve felt like my circadian rhythm has been off this entire winter. I often get up at 6am and by noon…it felt like it should be later in the day.
I was very happy to wake up shortly after 7am this morning.
