I just wanted to see if I could make jack leave every few weeks.

<wf>It appears I possess more green pips than you GTC. I am superior! Therefore bow to me!</wf>

I used it just to piss people off. Judging by the gang-banging dual-fest that took place over my two-week absence, it seemed to leave at least part of an impression ;)

So when was this rule officially rescinded?

Reputation is a feature we've installed for everyone's entertainment. However, some members abuse the system.

We, the staff, do not care about repuation "wars" or "attacks" unless a staff member is involved. If a staff member is involved punishment can range from a stern look to loss of moderator priveledges so that they can continue unfettered by the responsibilities they took on.

Hmm. I thought one of the rules at WF was that staff are not allowed to participate in rep wars. At all. For any reason. Has that changed?
Hmmm... do you think that the mod's and admin's actually follow that rule? Do you think that Elwood is around enough to enforce such rules? The man can't even pay the bill on time over there.

I think it is unofficial.
Elwood said it was policy. And everyone knows Elwood's word is his bond. Is it not now? Are policies conveniently overlooked in favor of the staff?

Dear me. I hope that's not true. That would be...self serving, and disrespectful to the members of Wordforge; almost like staff thinks the members are their playthings, only there for the staff's amusement.

I'm not saying it's true, but if stated policy is being blatantly ignored by staff, what else is everyone supposed to think?

That they are playthings. I also think that some of the players in the neg rep game could be duals of the staff.
