Yup, I'm new. I just saw that acronym and spotted the PAC in it, and well San Diego is a squid town, and that looked like squid-speak. :)

Wait a fucking second... FLEASWTRACENPAC.... Fleat Anti-Submarine Warfare Training Center Pacific... and it's in San Diego too.
