Iron Fist

It certainly has its moments, but the story isn't very focussed and the main character is a snotty rich kid who it's difficult to relate to.

Worth watching in preparation for The Defenders, though.
 
Okay, now I've seen the first three episodes. It's definitely not as good as the other Netflix Marvel thingies, but it's not too terrible so far. The Meachums are kinda ridiculous villains, tho.
 
OK I've seen 5 episodes now. THANK GOD CLAIRE IS HERE.

The corporate stuff is really boring.
 
Keeping track of the episodes, I just watched 8.

OMG IT'S PAINFULLY BAD. The acting isn't so bad, but I think it's the writing. The dialog is bad, the story is kinda flimsy.
 
Danny Rand is the worst.

It's pretty bad when The Hand knows more about being the Iron Fist than the actual Iron Fist. Baku: Did you know you can use your chi fist energy to heal yourself and others?

Its a necessary evil. It helps set you up for the Defenders. I hope. Please don't let our sacrifice of watching Iron Fist be in vain.:rwmad:
 
I FINALLY FINISHED WATCHING THIS ABOMINATION.

The best thing about this show is the opening theme animation. The next best thing is Colleen, and the only thing holding her back from being the best is the writing. Ward comes in third! (I'm leaving out Claire because it's a given that she is better than this show)

Harold is the worst villain. I hated his whiny baby talk. There was nothing about him that made you think "here's someone dangerous, someone to fear". I don't even know if they told us why The Hand wanted him to hide for those 13 years.

It sucks that THIS SHOW got to be the one that showed the inner workings of The Hand. It should have been less goofy, more scary. They are an ancient evil society! They have immortals! WTF?

In the end Davos joined The Hand? I DON'T BELIEVE IT.

K'un L'un fell AND WE DON'T GIVE A SHIT!!! Why? Because they spend all that time on boring Rand Corporation bullshit and nothing on making us care about kung fu heaven.
 
They only showed him being beaten by those sweet monks!

OH, I just found out Shohreh Aghdashloo is going to be in The Punisher.
