Heroic Fool died in October, 2010.
 
Was he Shatna also? Or is that just somebody screwing around?
 
No, Shatna was a main. You may have missed that particular angle of the drama, but he Shat himself completely, so to speak. Sad, because he was a good poster.

Shatna had a good thing with Troll House, then it just shit the bed. Sad to hear about HF.

Ily mentioned in another thread that only those close to him were informed of the manner of his demise. I respect that, but...at the risk of appearing ghoulish, I have to admit I'm really curious as to what happened.

When I read the first-post-popup I assumed it was just a troll by Blondie...but read further down. Either everyone's hopping on the bandwagon (which they were more willing to do back in the day,) or they're privy to IRL info that everyone else didn't have.
 
I forget the board: slipstream or something like that where it all came out. That's where Rommie got painted with that brush also. Pics of Sadie and Messy getting completely bent out of shape over the two of them.
