I deeply and sincerely regret that any human being was enslaved. Moreover, I specifically regret that Africans were ever brought to the New World as slaves.
That being said:
I'd like to apologize to the black man for bringing him here. I really wish the black man would have remained in his home country of peace and nature. (Sierra Leone, Uganda, Darfur, etc: where tribal children are kidnapped by rivals, have their legs chopped off, their torsos buried in the ground, given drugs, and posted as immobile sentries to shoot their own tribe. Where women suffer forced genitalia mutilations and where infants are raped by AIDS carriers who believe that fucking a virgin infant will cure their AIDS)
I'd also like to apologize to the black man in South Africa for freeing Nelson Mandella and letting the black man retake the country. It has gone to such pure shit since the black man took over.
I'd also like to apologize to the black man for not giving the National Guard live ammunition to use on rioters during the last L.A. riots. Had whitey done that, whitey would have killed a few blacks, and they would have realized whitey wasn't fucking around and the city would not have burned. Whitey LET the black man burn his own city to the ground and shit in his own nest. Shame on whitey for not capping rioting niggers immediately.
I'm sorry that whitey doesn't do a better job of babysitting the black man. I'm sorry for giving Africans all that food and aid money just so the big-nigger warlords could take it all and lord it over all of the poor-little-niggers that didn't have the guns.
So here it is from whitey to Rastis, Leroy, Tyrone, and Kunta Kinte too:
We're sorry for liberalism and special treatment. They've taken away your work ethic and your ethics in general. We're sorry for affirmative action, without which you might still have a work ethic.
In general, we're sorry you were ever brought to the New World, and so is the rest of the New World too.

And so, I am proud to announce the start of a new program, in which we use all of our vast resources in the U.S.A. to send educated, intelligent African-Americans back to the country of their roots (and if that is unknown, they may choose any African country they wish) with a one-way economy class ticket. Upon arrival in their country of destination, they shall renounce their U.S. Citizenship and apply for citizenship of their destination country.
Let's start making Africa and America better places, one black man at a time.
