LMAO! Bastard Factory

i already have it bkmarked, we shud all just move in a huge movement 2gether tho, ps do u kno what type of info they collect or keep about u?

I'd love to unleash Timothy Jones & Jillian upon BF. TJ's seeking his bloodthirsty wrath & it'd be great to first, find him, & then manipulate TJ into, redirecting, & then carrying out, his vengeance, upon BF. Jillian? BF richly deserves a triple overload of her at full blast.

Then, after BF's joined StarTrekBBS on The Internets' extinction list, Jillian & Timothy Jones can get married.

Eh, if I remember correctly from a few years ago when I first saw theybannedme, it was full of people complaining about how they were banned from somewhere. Sometimes they'd gloat about it, but never did they plan to get the forum back or anything like that.

Maybe it's changed? Idk. I have no idea if my account is even still active on there.

I think they all seem quite close in comparison. TBM is the most lax on rules of the 3, TK being middle and BFF has Gestapo mods and admin.
I'm referring to content. Typically the more a non-porn site advertises its porn content, the younger the target audience is.

Most don't really give a shit about being banned they stay they post they troll they leave.

TBM is deffinantly lax on rules. The only problem is you get some pretty annoying souls who use annoyingly large fonts with some loud colors.

Not to mention they have one member there that is just totally niceness troll. She freaking scares me when I see her AV. I won't use her name because rumor has it if you say her name three times she shows up in the forum where her name is posted.

You apparently haven't met Luci yet.

There's nothing wrong with being lax on rules. I will rarely register at a board with excessive rules unless I intend to troll it. But I really remember TBM being full of whiners. I just tried to get back in, but my account seems to be inactive (or else I'm forgetting my password, which isn't likely - I use the same pass when I register somewhere and if I decide to stay, I change it to something different). I'm pretty sure that there were less than 100 members when I registered, though, so I'm sure it has changed.

BastardFactory.com Fails to Censor TBM

Posted on Tuesday, 15th December 2009 by reckless bastard

Poor BastardFactory.com - completely and utterly destroyed when the TRUTH was written about the site, its Admin reverted to the ultimate butthurt technique: netcopping. BF Admin contacted our host, complaining that the TRUTH that was written about his site was libelous and (of course) threatened to sue. Well I guess his Internet Wannabe Law Degree didn’t include a lesson on the Communications Decency Act or the legal concept of defamation - fortunately my actual, real life law degree did.

First, the CDA (as written about extensively in a prior article on TBM) generally absolves the “provider of an internet service” from liability for content posted by a “subscriber.” Basically, no host would ever have anything to fear from a lawsuit claiming defamation regarding something its customer posted to its server. Second, TRUTH is a complete defense to any claims of defamation and we have given Mr. BF ample opportunity to come on the site to set the record straight if he had any problems with our investigative journalism (which he of course declined). Lastly, even in cases of actual defamation, one must prove damages as an essential element of such a claim and since BF’s reputation is already worthless, it’s impossible to damage further. Of course, the most humorous part of this entire tale is that it was Mr. BF who initiated a “war” with TBM first - we had never heard of him or his site until he ventured over here and spammed our board.

Feel free to scroll down to read the articles that caused Mr. BF so much consternation to begin with.

Note: Mr. BF might be surprised if he attempts the same underhanded technique to censor our site as our current host is owned by DigitalGangster.com, another site he attempted to bully into submission after spamming. Also, our offer to BastardFactory.com and its Admin to tell his side of the story still stands. Stop being a coward who attempts to remove content from other sites and just tell us your side of it.
