This may be a bit of a dummy asking an obivous question...but what are a moderators exact powers?

Some obvous ones have been demonstrated...the ability to move a thread from one forum to another, and the ability to lock a thread (It was at the thread starters request), and the Admins can lock a members account/block ISP (per remarks above)...but those alone do not seem, to me, like much "power". to me.

But it was never about the power for her.. No never. :roll:
