Somewhere around here Messe is advocating lowering the age of consent to 11 years old. You could start there, I guess.

The current status of education from the lower grades to the university level?

I say a return to a classical curriculum would be more effective in educating today's youth, than the progressive curriculum currently running rampant throughout the country's schools.
