IIRC it's when Rimmer switches his light disk with Kochanski so that Lister will stop taking the chef exam and end up outranking him. (all he wants is Kochankski) Rimmer doesn't trust that he will be turned back on so he only changes the outward appearance and trys to fake being Kochanski which he can't do since he keeps saying things like I'm having a womans period ect. Lister sees through it straight away and Rimmer changes back but keeps a left breast in the switch over. .
