I suppose I could have been referring to someone other than myself in those sentences.
Example:
Somebody at Discount Tire put new tires on it a few months ago. Somebody else at Discount Tire put new tire monitors on it last month. You should get regular oil changes and suggested maintenance. My friend's car is awesome. The dealership will do the 60k maintenance around the end of the year if I don't trade it in first.
But, you are correct. I'm getting lazy when posting from my phone. Auto correct makes it a pain to prepare a post as that function keeps arbitrarily changing what I key in.
I had an enlightening conversation recently about the use of contractions. I found it interesting that anyone should be so rigid as to always use contractions or never use contractions.
