Ok, once again: The Badlands still is a spam/flood forum, first and foremost. Has always been, will always be, probably. The fact that people have genuine, interesting conversations in it does not change that. It is like people having sex: the primary objective is to orgasm. Now, of course, you can also use the opportunity stay together a little longer and talk with each other during the afterglow, but that's not what sex is for in the first place. You can as easily fuck without talking at all. Now, would you tell somebody you are having sex with to please stop moving because you wanna talk? I sure hope not.
So, Yub spamming in here is completely within the spirit of the Badlands and therefore absolutely no reason to get annoyed over. IMO.
(Actually, following my reasoning, Gagh, Mirah, or even the Cow would have every right to tell us to stop posting real sentences.... On second thought, let's just not go there :fear:)

It might have for you, but for me, it was just Yub being Yub doing exactly what DL had asked him to do.

The Mine Field wouldn't want BLers going into there and starting insulting parody threads about the content of thier subforum.
