The statue has the names of the Bryants and the seven other victims in the Jan. 26, 2020, helicopter crash. John Altobelli, his wife, Keri, and their daughter Alyssa; Christina Mauser; Sarah Chester and her daughter Payton; and pilot Ara Zobayan inscribed on its base.

LA Clippers acquire Norman from Portland Trail Blazers in a 5-player trade

The LA Clippers acquired Portland Trail Blazers veterans Norman Powell and Robert Covington in a trade that sent Eric Bledsoe, Justise Winslow, Keon Johnson and a 2025 second-round draft pick to Portland, the teams announced Friday.

The deal sets up both teams for additional moves as they reshape rosters ahead of next Thursday's trade deadline and beyond.

Sources: Jazz's Ingles of to Blazers in 3-way deal

The Utah Jazz have agreed to trade injured veteran forward Joe Ingles in a three-team deal in which the Western Conference contender will land promising third-year guard Nickel Alexander-Walker, sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski. The Jazz will acquire Alexander-Walker from the Portland Trail Blazers and reserve forward Juancho Hernangomez from the San Antonio Spurs in the deal, sources said. Portland will also send guard Tomas Satotansky, one of four players acquired from the New Orleans Pelicans in Tuesday's CJ McCollum trade to San Antonio and acquire second-year forward Elijah Hughes from Utah. The Jazz will send the Blazers a 2022 second-round pick via the Memphis Grizzlies and the Spurs a 2027 second-round pick.
