I loved Bottom but hated hotel paridisimo.

But he had a better run than Hale and Pace.
 
I haven't listened to the England thing (why would I!)

It's probably true that he was never quite the same after the quad bike accident, but he still did the Bottom Live tours after that and they were very funny.

And it's probably natural when someone dies to post your favourite things they did rather than "HEY REMEMBER THAT SHIT EPISODE OF JONATHAN CREEK HE WAS IN?"

I was happy in ways that I'm not now. But I'm also happy (or content) in ways now that I couldn't be then.

But I lived more dangerously then. And I was sexy. And had other sexy friends who liked being sexy and naked. And we'd do fun things together that I'd even leave the house for. I even drove to places. In my own car. With other people in it.

It's amazing that I'm not a drunk.
 
I sat in the garden playing with Transformers.
 
I watched the BBC's tribute thing to Rik. It was good. Lots of funny clips. Bit rushed at the end but I guess they couldn't go into super detail about everything in just an hour. Shame Ade wasn't involved in it though.

Well I imagine he didnt have a lot of other stuff going on.
 
Christopher Ryan seemed really out of it. Like he was just discovering Rik's death for the first time.
