Nothing brings out the bitch in me more than stealing from me

Before I'm through, PayPal, eBay and any other shit turd involved in their little theft scheme are going to wish they'd never, ever in a million years stolen money from me.

What did you buy?

I didn't buy anything. PayPal took money out of my bank account to pay "seller agreement fees" to eBay. I don't have a seller account with eBay. PayPal says they investigated and have determined the funds were authorized to pay for an account I do not have. Now I'm dealing with eBay. If they refuse to refund my money, then I've got to go another route to get satisfaction. It is only $67 dollars but it ticks me off. The few times I've used PayPal I've had to go into the account, request so much money be transferred from my bank to my PayPal account, then the money sits in the account for 3-7 days before they credit my account, then I can use the money to buy something online. But, eBay says I have an account with them and PayPal just decides to raid my bank account and takes out money without my permission. I wanted to believe it was some error on their part, but, from the complaints I've been reading about them, I now believe they steal directly or collude with thieves to steal like this from a number of PayPal users. I guess they think if they take just a little bit then the people they've stolen from won't complain because it is a hassle. I'd fight them to the death on the principle alone. I want their freaking heads, their blood on my hands, their companies in bankruptcy and their employees living in the gutter with their starving babies. Bastards.

P.S. I got nothing!!!! At least I could give the adult sex toy to somebody. You live close by, don't you bad dog?

My PayPal is linked to a Master Card that way if they pull shit like that Master Card will credit me and fight it out with PayPal .

Ebay will refund your money pretty quickly, once you prove the account isn't yours. Those glitches happen a lot, but it's easy to work it out.

Don't forget small claims court servings with liens attached. That's probably the most foolproof way to serve a major corporation that no one knows about. You just serve them in your jurisdiction (which is where the fraud took place, since it goes through your bank) and make sure to attach a writ of lien to the assets of the corporation. They HAVE to show to fight it at that point, or lose by default. The "lein" will force them to pay you once you enforce it, because they won't be able to do any business transactions legally til they satisfy the judgement.

You can fuck them up good, if you really want to.

eBay seems to be too terribly busy to address the issue of the money they stole from me. I've chatted online with their support people twice now and both times they just gave me the run around. They told me to email their Trust & Safety people - who have me in a que to deal with me at sometime in the future. eBay does not have phone support. Considering national commerce and banking are federal matters, I've filed a complaint with federal authorities. I'm not done.

^^I like you. I get all riled up and then I get too busy to follow through but not you. I have a former landlord that owes me nearly $700.00 and I'm just too lazy to fill out the small claims papers. Good thing I've got 6 years.

If it really pisses me off, I turn into a demon focused on destroying the thing that has pissed me off. But, all the offending party has to do is smile sweetly, apologise, correct their error, and promise to sin no more. Then, I revert to the nicest little old lady you've ever met. I really am very nice, until I'm not.

File a complaint with the Department of Banking and Insurance.

I could generate 67 worth of sellers fees, and donate the money to you instead and tell them to go pound salt for their fees :)

This topic made me pitch a tent.

Must be the rampant female hormones floating around in here. Or bad dogs tuna breath.

I did. With my bank, the Texas Dept. of Banking, and the Better Business Bureau. I'm still not done. eBay still hasn't responded to my email to their Trust & Safety Dept.

Ah, thanks, but don't do that. The money I can afford. I spend that much on dinner out with the family or friends one night. Besides, I kid you not, in my mail today was a package from a company acquiring land for another company wanting to explore for oil on my land. They want to pay me $3,000 a year per net acre plus 20% royalties for 3 years with a 2 year extension option with bonus and royalties for the mineral rights on a 1/5th of my property with no surface drilling. That is without negotiating or forming a neighborhood coalition to deal with this company. Maybe I'll change my name to Clampett and get myself a concrete pond in Beverly Hills.

So now the disgusting PayPal, which is an eBay company, says they are reviewing the denial of my claim. Next step - getting their "investigation" documents then legal action. I've still not heard from eBay's Trust & Safety department.

I absolutely do not like PayPal or eBay.

I'd love to come to Texas and do some deep drilling :)
