Objectification - A discussion

Actually, I believe St. Lucifer has a point, although crudely made.

Sex is a commodity. Since most women make less than men, it's up to the men to buy and sell the female. In other societies, you see the same thing in "beautiful youths" in other cultures, males that lack resources and real "power" yet in society.

Since women can't compete with men in most cases, they are left with two over-lapping values: their ability to produce more (male, hopefully) children, and recreational sex.

This thread appears to be about one of the more "pure" versions of selling sex: a stripper. Of course she's objectified. You don't go to a stripper bar to watch her do child-care or see her do dishes. If she's ugly, you aren't going to pay, unless the club is outside of a Navy base. Her value is AS an object.

These women go for the "short game", however. No sane man marries a stripper, so she's doomed to make money but lack any sort of stable man in her life until she gives it up, but "easy" money often makes people lazy.
 
I am really glad this discussion was had because for a while there I was thinking that a stripper was always dancing around a pole even when she was at her own house.
 
Too much tl;dr in this thread. That's the problem with strippers: once they stop shaking their ass and start gibbering, they never shut up. Probably why they get smacked around so much...

Although correlation doesn't necessarily mean causation...so whatever.

Admittedly, I just skimmed through this thread so maybe someone already said it...

Could it be possible that the "stripper/exotic dancer" persona is no different than an actor or actress who is merely playing a role (in most cases, like the college student who is simply earning a good income to meet a goal)?

Just because an adult entertainer has one persona on the job and another at home isn't necessarily "bipolar", to use a term said earlier on this thread. That "entertainer" role is no different than a movie actress or a stage performer on Broadway.

My points are never 'crude'. I was right, as usual. I always am. Shut the fuck up, and accept that I am your superior.

Everyone knows that females, the utter hypocrites that they are, objectify THEMSELVES, then scream like the bitches they are when men do the same for them. Such hypocrisy is but staggering, to the point of being ridiculous. There are women's groups out there who suggest stripping is a disgusting past-time, and demand such clubs be shot down. When men therefore suggest to such feminazi groups that stripping is a 'right' for women, that they are free to do whatever it is they wish with their lives, the fat, fugly feminazi fucks go on rants that last for years. Then, they quietly change their positions, demanding to know things like why were certain strippers booted out of Canada, why don't they have health plans etc. Fucking hypocrites. The worst hypocrites are the strippers themselves. They claim they are not worthless whores, that they are normal people like everyone else, yet how many women expose their entire bodies for sad pieces of shit like the males who pollute this place? I don't even bother with strip clubs, because I know the cunts there are not worthy of my station. Once, I DID go to a strip club, where a bitch whom a friend of mine was making wealthy by paying her a fortune for lap dances, attempted to talk to me, I asked her point-blank to never speak to me, to continue taking my buddy's money. She was enraged, such that she screamed at me to 'fuck off' etc. I sat there through her diatribe, to the point I yawned in her face. All this pissed off my buddy, which I did not give a shit. Proof strippers are nothing more than skanks and whores who are unworthy of our society.

Actors/actresses actually 'act', you moron. That's their vocation. Strippers do no such thing. They clearly complete the task for which they were named, they 'strip'. As in remove their clothing. All for the sole purpose of sexual gratification and fantasies of sad pieces-of-shit who would never otherwise see a naked female. Do not give me this shit about the 'college student who strips to meet their goal' bullshit. I have heard all this before, and it is clearly bullshit. Strippers earn far too much money to use stripping as a means by which they may pay their tuition. They earn far more than the teachers who would be teaching them, so that doesn't cut it. Our colleges are not that expensive.

Many strippers become strippers because they believe it gives them a power over males. They seek the attention of many males, thus strengthening my position that they are nothing more than whores who seek to earn monies from simply opening their legs, albeit without actually having sex with her clients. They are simply too stupid to know that is ALL they are to the men who ogle them, a pussy attached to a nice set of knockers. The men at strip clubs NEVER once consider that these bitches are anything other than the equivalent of their own blow-up dolls. Strippers prove the old adage speaks truth, 'money talks, bullshit walks'. The fact such women value money over their own integrity, their own self-worth etc., is most disturbing indeed. Such are women from whom we males should always steer clear. If a woman does not think much of herself, then why should I?
